There are many fine restaurants in Stowe and we continue to recommend several of them to our guests.  But we also know that there are times when our guests want a quality meal, at a reasonable price, in a setting that is quiet and relaxing.  Avoid the crowds and a big price tag and join us at Lagniappe, our Restaurant at Ten Acres Lodge.

Lagniappe is a word from the Cajun culture in Louisiana that refers to a custom of giving guests "a little something extra".  Open from October thru June, that's exactly what our dinner on Saturday nights is...a little something extra!  Reserved exclusively for guests of Ten Acres, you don't have to tolerate large crowds or full dining rooms.  Seating is limited and advance reservations are required.  We feature steak and seafood and our recipes reflect our experiences abroad as well as our favorite family creations.  While our meals may not win any "Bon Appetite" awards, the home cooked dishes are full of flavor in a relaxed, casual atmosphere.  By limiting seating and requiring advance reservations, we are able to keep our prices low and pass the savings to you!

Our dining room and kitchen is also available for rent for family reunions, team building and special events.  Bring in your own chef or we can supply one.
