Hill House Suites, Room 22
This comfortable room is located on the 1st floor. There is a king-size bed with a brass and white ornate headboard. The comforter has a light gold background with wide darker gold and beige floral stripes. The skirt and shams match the comforter. The wall covering has burgundy and gold flowers on a cream background. The woodwork is painted burgundy to match the flowers in the wall covering and room 21, an adjoining room. An old oak trunk provides seating or a place to lay the down comforter when it is not needed. There are two pine bedside tables with drawers and lamps. Beige tweed Berber carpet covers the floor.
There is a long dresser with a mirror for clothing storage. A small table holds a 32 inch LCD HDTV. The sitting area loveseat has multi-colored tapestry floral upholstery and a table in front of the loveseat holds books or other materials. A corner brick wood burning fireplace provides for cozy evenings

Two double windows bring light into the room. Valances match the comforter and mini-blinds provide privacy. This room has a large closet for hanging clothing. A wall air conditioner cools the room in warmer months. A glass door covered with a cream curtain leads to the small patio which overlooks the tennis court. To the side is a beautiful mountain view.
The private bathroom has double sinks and a tub with a hand held shower massage. The walls have a small print to match the larger one in the bedroom. Florescent lighting is located over the sink and a there is a light over the tub. A heat/ventilator in the ceiling provides comfort.
