For a very unique Vermont dining experience, why not try Solstice, the fine dining restaurant inside of Stowe Mountain Resort, just down the street from our Stowe Lodging.
A relatively new addition to the Resort, Solstice is becoming well-known for their attention to detail in the ambiance of the dining room as well in the preparation of the cuisine. The chef sets a priority to use local and fresh ingredients, which is always a plus. They have a extensive collection of wines, and a sommelier to help you select the right one for your meal & budget. 
Solstice has been enjoyed by guests with children (they have a kids menu that will tempt Mom & Dad!) as well as couples on their anniversary. The food ranges from the unique (Beef tartare) to the healthy (heaping green salads) to the comforting (chicken breast with risotto & burssel sprouts). Have a hard time making decisions? Solstice also offers “tasting menus” where you can have a small portion of many things on the menu to get a feel for their various choices. This exciting sampling might be just the thing to compliment the luxury of your stay in our Bed and Breakfast Vermont.
All around, Stowe is pleased to have a high-quality dining establishment that can hold it’s own against the standards set by restaurants in Boston and the other fine metropolises of New England. The best part is that Solstice is only 6 miles North of our Vermont Bed and Breakfast.
