Having traveled extensively around the world, Robin and Frank know what it takes to make your experience a special one. They will make your visit one of relaxed elegance. Having lived in Ohio and Texas for most of their married life, they took the opportunity to live in Asia (Hong Kong and Singapore) before coming to Vermont and Ten Acres Lodge. While in Asia they traveled extensively and learned from the best hotels what it takes to make guests feel at home.

As Frank has said... "of all the great places we stayed, I don't tend to remember the fancy rooms, the mint on the pillow or other amenities.  I remember the people, how we were treated special, like a member of their family.  That feeling of welcome and the personable service of the staff is what I always remember.  And that's what Robin and I want to re create at Ten Acres Lodge.  We have a clean, comfortable place with extra added features you expect and some you don't.  But I hope what you leave with is a fond memory of how it felt to be special...and welcomed.  Like visiting old friends."
