Rooms available by reservation only. Deposit
required to reserve a room at least 48 hours in advance.
Ten Acres Lodge requires a deposit of one night’s stay, plus tax,
to hold your reservation. Should you need to cancel your reservation,
you MUST do so no later than 14 days before your scheduled arrival.
Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit. ALL cancellations
do incur a $25 cancellation fee.
Check out by 10:30 AM. Check in after 3:30 PM until 9:00 PM. Please
call if you have to check in after 9:00 PM
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, Travelers
Checks and even cash!
Service Charges: We DO NOT add a service charge to the room rates,
as is common in the region. Gratuities are however, welcomed to
our Vermont bed and breakfast staff if you are pleased with their service.
Rates are based on two people and include full American breakfast.
Each additional person $30. Children under 10 are an extra $20.
During “peak season” a two night stay is required. Weekends year
round require two nights and a Sat. night stay.
No smoking in any indoor areas. You are welcome to smoke in the
outdoor areas.
We can accommodate small dogs and cats in the cottage. |
